Block of Humphrey between Whitney and Orange has been essentially a single lane for weeks. This block heavily used by traffic in both directions and delivery trucks for businesses. Cars parked well into lane due to snow banks. Cars must negotiate single lane while trying to avoid bikes in bike lane going in opposite direction. Please send heavy equipment to clear snow and open up lanes.
