Description

The pot holes and raises asphalt take up two lanes. COH placed a single work horse in the middle of the center lane, which is a variable-direction lane for rush hours. Not only is the pot hole still an issue for westbound traffic, but the horse causes traffic using the center lane to veer suddenly either into on-coming traffic or back into the westbound lane.
