Maybe a pedestrian or motorist will come forward. Was the lock a U-Lock or just a cable ? I'm just curious , probably not a U-ee , as most wind up still locked to the meter but laying on the ground.
..I have to add , just to get it off of my chest - I was waiting in the emergency room a month ago , nothing else to do but watch my locked bike outside , waited 4 hours while a relative was in (etc.etc)
The only person who stopped and looked at my bike was a Traffic & Parking worker, pulled over , walked straight to my bike , I went outside and watched the worker walk away while stating to the guard,"There's nothing I can do about that" - 2 U-locks and a cable through the seat...

A student here bike, friend.
She had a real heavy cable .
But now has U lock.
The serial number on this bike are recorded and bike was registered with Yale Security.

Building had camera on the location waiting to see if clear image can bet extracted from video.

I though this system messaged the police that monitor the area.
I know there is a lot of cameras in that area but no one knows who any thing about them? Nice!
I bet if the Yale student who bike was stolen posted it would be worth a courtesy reply at lest!
But I posted as a resident of the Elm city not worth the time to reply to me!
