more packages stolen from 19 and 25 kensington today. landlords have cameras but refuse to give residents footage even to file a police report (so they're basically just surveillance cameras not security cameras at this point). police aren't responding to quality of life issues. how are we supposed to report mail theft? mail theft is rampant and during the pandemic many of us are sick and rely on packages to get basic neccessities.
