Thank you, CS Neighborhood Services for your efforts of passing the information to TAMU.
Unfortunately, I am yet to see A&M taking care of any issues previously reported here and passed to them. A&M doesn't seem to care for those "little things": the administration cares much more about large scale constructions and projects.
(One example of a safety issue is this old case that CS Neighborhood Services have quietly archived, even though it had not been resolved: http://seeclickfix.com/issues/107245 )

other entities we let the entity know that the report was brought to us by
a citizen on SeeClickFix. We follow up with them to see if they have anything to
report on or progress on solving the issue. We have no control on
whether or not they fix the issues we bring to them. We try our best to stress
to them the importance of fixing the issues & letting us know where
they are in addressing the issues so we can report back on it. In some cases, we
get prompt responses and actions and other cases this is not the case. We will
continue to try and work with TAMU on these issues. Also, city staff does not have
the ability to archive cases. That is done through the SeeClickFix system and is based
on the length of time a case has been open and the last activity on it. Cases can be re-opened
at any time by residents at any time.
