Is THIS Oakland Proud's idea of "cleaning up/closing" a reported ticket?! This is the SAME trash that's BEEN dumped for 1 week+ & - though "collected" on 7/13/2020 - was just LEFT IN BAGS ON THE STREET! Those bags have now been torn apart & the trash & debris is everywhere! It must be PICKED UP IMMEDIATELY AFTER COLLECTION to be effectively removed!!
