Opis

There is a large amount trash all over the ground next to the dumpsters in the municipal parking lot. Rats and other animals have been seen in the trash as it smells and has a lot of food waste in it. The lanlord has been contacted on several occasions over the last month and has not responded. There is also a daycare less then 30 feet away from the dumpsters.
