It's animal house. Btv doesn't seem to enforce quality of life stuff any more. It never seems to change. Is it a Hinsdale property?

Btv doesnt care and doesnt really seem to enforce anything.. Maybe if they fined the landlords like about $500 an incident the problem would go down but its doubtful! Landlords make more than enough from the renters so they arent afraid of a lousy fine!

It is a Hinsdale property, maybe someone should ask Kesha Ram why her boyfriend’s family feels like they don’t have to follow city code regulations
