It’s easy to see that the new curb does not continue in a straight line from the existing curb on Redan. It makes an abrupt upward angle and is now much higher than the previous curb. This curb should be lowered to match all the other curbs at this intersection.

The pipe under Redan which used to allow drainage to the north is blocked by the new curb after the home on the NW corner was constructed. The water is trapped all around the SW corner after each rain.
