Description

Trash from all the apartments in 474 Madison is habitually on the sidewalk days or hours before it's allowed. Please reply with what the response has been to the numerous complaints over a number of years, because the behavior has never even decreased, let alone stopped. This building owner doesn't seem to be held to any accountability about how his run-down building and lack of responsibility impacts this area, while he lives in his nice residence on Willett.
