Q. Describe in detail the full request such as starting and ending point for resurfacing:
A. The two cross walks between 360 and 380 Newark Ave that are stone pavers. One in front of Healy’s and the other in front of Little Gym. They are raised above the roadway, so when a large vehicle goes over it at speed, it sends a shockwave into the adjacent buildings and can be felt and heard inside

Just to note, the crosswalks themselves are not really raised at all, and not causing the noise. There are a few large potholes near the crosswalks (one in front of 361 Newark on the SE-bound side of Newark Ave, and another in front of Healy's on the NW-bound side of Newark Ave) which cause buses and trucks to make very loud noises when hit.
Drivers who frequent this stretch seem to avoid them, especially the one in front of Healy's, by basically hugging the double yellow line or even going a little bit into oncoming traffic. Here's a video of that I took last night. The pothole is basically in/around the manhole cover.

I "attached" a YouTube link to my last comment but it doesn't seem to render on mobile, so here it is again: https://youtu.be/oP1VWttndGs.
Here are some photos I just took of the two main potholes, in front of 361 Newark and Healy's, as well as another shot hopefully showing that the crosswalks aren't actually raised at all, they're just paint and some bricks (that are basically smooth and flush with the street on either side).
This stretch badly needs traffic-calming measures, cf. other SCF's on this topic:

Strangely, 8321880 is "marked as a duplicate of issue 7785421", but when I go to https://seeclickfix.com/issues/7785421 I just see a "private issue" splash page, and can't see the issue. Can I be added to it, or it made public? I was "following" 8321880 before it was archived.
