Description

Reporting the failure of the Developer of Severn Place (Sanford Companies) after several complaints and phone calls to pave our road to prevent water in front of our house when it rains and also install street lights in order to prevent hazard from happening (No side walk). Any help to accomplish this will be greatly appreciated. We were told that they have funds already allocated to make this happened, but was surprise it hasn't happened after construction has been completed over a year now. Thank you.
