Description

At the corner of Grand Ave and Olive there is one parking space next to Lucibellos pastry on Grand Ave that is wildly inconvenient now that the right turn lane is heavily used due to the closing of the grand avenue bridge. When car parks there it blocks right-turning traffic and backs up the entire street which already moves at a slow pace. If this spot could be removed (it literally sits right on the yellow turn arrow painted on the cement) it would improve traffic flow in an already busy area of town. And course the parking spot could be restored when the bridge is open.
