K&K Realty Holdings owns this property and continues to use this as an AirBNB property. Every week there are new cars and trash strewn about. I wasn't aware that we were allows to park across the grass area of out front yards. When are the codes compliance tram going to write citations for illegal activity other than those reported on this forum?

The City of Treasure Island is aware of the ongoing issue of Short-Term Rentals. The City is compiling data and making reports on the Short-Term Rentals that we have found or that have been reported. The enforcement process is a long one with some hurdles, but we are diligently working on these issues.
