Description

Please pick up recycling in the morning again. Leaving it in front of our homes for nearly 24 hours before it's picked up creates a mess including that everyone walking by our homes throws their food and other trash in our recycling and then dogs tip it over and pee all over our receptacles. We also have bins disappear when recycling isn't picked up in time to put the bins away before leaving for work. Recycling was never picked up this late and it's become a real issue. Please address this.
