EVERY morning between 6 and 6:30 am the person living at 95 Spring Street uses a leaf blower to sweep his sidewalk. Using a leaf blower that early in the morning, surrounded by apt buildings of people trying to sleep is rude, inconsiderate and in violation of City of Albany noise ordinances. He is crazy will use leaf blower to "sweep' even after it rained all night. He "sweeps" debris from in front of his building down to the adjacent parking lot - because the wind won't blow it back or anything. Can someone please speak with him about common courtesy and the law?
