Sharraxaadda

On weekday mornings, this intersection is VERY congested. There seem to be no sensors for traffic. In some directions it stays green while no traffic exists, while other directions get a short green despite a very long line of cars. The back-up onto CA-13 can extend nearly half a mile sometimes, creating unnecessarily slow (and sometimes hazardous) driving conditions. If adjusting the timing of the lights (or better yet, installing traffic sensors) doesn't fix the problem, then perhaps completely redesigning this intersection is in order.
