8/18, 9am, NHPD pulled around the driver in front of him at the light and blew through the intersection while 2 pedestrians were crossing, without even bothering to turn on his lights. I didn't get the car number.

Next time you should get his car number so you can report it to the citizen review board.
Maybe the citizen review boards should create watch areas.

The problem is that it's not always possible to get police car numbers when they whiz by, especially when you're not expecting it (i.e. when they should be stopped at a light in accordance with the law). Incidentally, I've seen USPS delivery trucks run red lights at this intersection too, most recently last week.
