With the construction on College St shifted, now have 3 lanes going to two lanes and traffic on MLK blvd blocking traffic Causing backups

The traffic onto the College Street bridge backs up across the intersection with north frontage, causing gridlock so no one can get off the connector. School and city buses often block the entire intersection during rush hour.
