According this this NY.C. resident, there's a "Light Beaming" from this property in Jersey City that enters his apartment at 10 Westside Plaza, in N.Y.C., NY. he claims that this very bright beaming light is on the top of one of the towers built at the corner of Hudson & York St.
He said, the light was supposedly placed on the top of the building approximately 1 month ago. I believe this bright light is for aviation. It on top of a very tall, towering building.

Pilots of commercial flights landing at EWR have been mentioning to the tower that these lights are irrationally bright and distracting, as they appear to be approach indicators (which they most certainly are not). https://forums.liveatc.net/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=15953.0;attach=10729
Owners of this building need to get this rectified before a pilot gets disoriented.

Not sure how this bright lights were approved by the Jersey City.
This really is a serious concern and needs immediate attention

The lights were hit by lightning and are permanently stuck in “day time mode”. Last night the lights were extremely bright once again because the clouds were low. I posted an example video I shot of what this looks like in another ticket but it was closed.
