The city of Houston replace the sewer line about two years ago. When they tied in there line they broke the PVC line from my washer and never reconnected it back. I have had a plumber run the line and found dirt. Then they ran a camera in the same line and found the pipe broken. He dug it out and found the new line was connected to the concrete culvert but the washer line was broken off and never reconnected. he said that've could not cut into the the main line.
