Neighbors and I (7-11 Fairview Ave) place our cardboard out with bins containing plastic/glass/cans and they do not take our cardboard. Wondering what we are all doing wrong? 3 weeks in a row we’ve had to pull it back on to property. We flatten and bulk it to make pick up easier and they still leave it.
