Cars with party people gather almost every night on Derby at Glascock St They drive recklessly by spinning donuts, like a small side-show, speed down the residential streets and litter Derby with broken glass and garbage
Please install bollards on Derby at Glascock on the water-front side to prevent cars from parking there and creating these hazards. They can be removed for UC Berkeley rowing and White Elephant business, but kept in place at all other times
It is the easiest solution to cutting down on OPD and Public Works response to these problems. PW said they were coming 3 times a week for clean-up
