Homeless vehicles occupied street and sidewalk. Dumping trash all over. There was no street cleaning at all. The garbage piles on the street and sidewalk The pedestrians were not able to walk through the sidewalk. The situation damaged whole street on 2800 68th block between Bancorft and Foothill Blvd.
