3600 Block of Frankford Ave has numerous grocieries, fast food, auto and other small biz locations - ALL have consistent idling of vehicles both from deliviers (worst ofenders) and customers. With diesel bus routes 5 & 89 this is a tough place to be in August...

This sounds like an ideal location for signage. The Clean Air Council Team has a few state-approved anti-idling signs that we can hang on the block. Please report back if you notice a specific time that idling is the worst, and we can work with Air Management Services to send enforcement out to issue tickets.
