Description

The parking lot between 17 Henry Johnson and TruImages barber shop at the corner of HJ and Washington has not been cleared. All other property owners on the block have shoveled. Apparently Kirkman 3hree Advertising in Delmar is collecting payments from those who park there, but can't hire someone to shovel the sidewalk. (The number listed for parking inquiries is 518-439-7638.)
