The Morrison remains underutilized because of poor connections on either side of the bridge. We do need to seriously consider turning the sidewalks of the Hawthorne into ped-only spaces with perhaps the center lane dedicated to bicycle traffic. Trimet will not drive busses through the middle lanes.
