Description
This whole area is a hellhole. There is trash piled up outside of to 253 to 273 Western and just laying all over the sidewalk. On the other side of the street, from d p dough going toward Washington Park, there are toilets and mattresses out on the curb and trash in front of almost every building. What is going on with Albany? It's illegal to store trash in front of buildings. Why is this being allowed? The more it's allowed, the more everyone is doing it and our city looks like crap.
