I have cleaned out this drain outside our neighborhood the best I can today - but it needs to have its cover removed for thorough cleaning. It has created a large deep puddle in heavy rains in recent storms. This is at the corner of Luray Drive and Peeler Road at entrance to Shenandoah Estates. Thank you.
