Tonight (Saturday - 9/26) I contacted the Malden police about a large party and my concern about possible Covid-19 transmission. The officer I spoke with seemed focused on noise and not the virus. I found this to be inappropriate and distressing given the mayor's and everyone's concern about controlling this virus. Either we're taking this problem seriously, or we're not. It doesn't appear that Malden cares... Some people had masks on and others did not. My guess is that more than 50 people might have been there.
