We have been working to determine if it is a storm water utility issue or a compaction issue. It has been many years since the College Hill development when a new storm pipe was installed. Either way, it obviously need fix. In the last round of project reviews a few weeks ago, money was set aside to do repair projects like this. Repairs will be made in 2020 sometime after the asphalt plants reopen in April. We will continue to monitor it for further slumping. While the new "Project Completion Date" above is March 15, we will use the date as a reminder to prepare for a repair. Thank you for using SeeClickFix.
