Per County Code 18.402(a), "It shall be the duty and obligation of the owner of property abutting a public right-of-way to maintain the abutting sidewalk, driveway apron and sod or grass within the public right-of-way in such condition as to be safe for public use."
While this issue is the responsibility of the abutting property owner, we're reviewing the history to see what efforts have already been made and what can be done going forward to assist with resolution. Thank you for your patience.
