There are a few areas, on the south side of Willow St., where, when it rains, one cannot walk without getting drenched from cars hitting these unavoidable curbside puddles. The house, near the intersection of Foster @ Willow, gets splattered with gutter juice, from the combination of no drainage and speeding vehicles.
