Spoke to staff member earlier today. This is to just reaffirm some of the details. A neighbor at 2389 Primrose Ave erected a new fence in the street right of way. (obviously didn't check). Our
street is very narrow and curvy, and the fence is at one of the those dangerous bends. People have to walk in the street. The County has been looking at the problem for 7 months and now say it's a Vista problem. It needs to be moved. It's dangerous.
