Description

Left-turn light heading northbound on Capital Blvd at Wake Union Church road is skipping cycles and traffic is building up. Wait time at light is greater than 10 minutes during 2:00 - 5:00 hours. Cycles MUST be adjusted! this has been ongoing for over a month and we have made multiple reports.
