I am property manager of 44 summit ave and it's not that bad for pete's sake. I can trim back the hedge so the manhole cover is accessible, but the bushes are not getting trimmed until after they bloom in the spring. They got trimmed too short too late in the season last year by a hired hand and they didn't bloom this year. It's taken more than a year for them to grow back and this is the wrong time of year to trim them. Every time I have time to mow the lawn it rains. Again it's not that bad. Manicured lawns are bad for the environment and are terribly over rated anyway. People need to grow vegetables and pollinator gardens, lawns are bad. I walk there regularly and also agree with the property manager. I'm sure the City has other priorities.
