We are the property owners of 951 Diggs Road, Crownsville, MD 21032. We purchased this residence in Feb 2021. Over the first months at our new residence, we noticed an enormous amount of landscape dumping near our property. We confirmed the landscape dumping was not on our property through our boundary survey and the MD Dept of Planning website (https://apps.planning.maryland.gov/finderonline/). The MD Dept of Planning website does not identify an owner leaving us to believe this area of land where the landscape dumping is occurring is AA county land. This past Saturday (10/17/2020), my fiance observed a resident of 955 Diggs Road, Crownsville, MD 21032 dumping the large tree pieces on the exiting landscape pile. We are asking for AA county to investigate, remove landscape debris, and place a No Dumping signage that I have seen at other locations nearby.
