Turning left from Westgate Rd onto 70-east is very confusing. Lumley Rd traffic turning right onto 70-east have a yield sign, while Westgate Rd to 70-east traffic has a left-turn yield on green. Typically, left-turn yield on green traffic must yield to oncoming right turning traffic. Because both directions are told to yield, both drivers think the other direction has the right of way.
