Description

This large ice plant has overgrown the fence at the Lower Washington Park dog park, and dogs have started climbing over it and running out into the street and into the tennis courts. I have witnessed as many as three dogs at a time using this weak point to exit the park, once running towards some men sitting at the picnic tables and barking very vigorously at them.

Please consider cutting back or otherwise removing this plant so that the dog park is safer and more secure. Thank you!
