W. Circular St. (west side of West Ave) is in dire need of a sidewalk. The beginnings of a sidewalk exist but terminate just past the Childrens Care Facility. This extension of W. Circular St. is very narrow with no room to walk safely as vehicles speed by. There is a lot of foot and vehicle traffic on this street as people use it to short cut Grand Ave on way to High School.

WEST CIRCULAR (WEST OF WEST AVE):This cut-through is an accident waiting to happen. Speeding cars in the morning and evening care nothing for the students who walk to school, the residents or their pets. Someone or a loved family animal is going die by being hit from a speeding car. We need POLICE RADAR set up ASAP to "get the word out" that there is a speed limit on this road, where children and pets are at play, and residents are in fear of their lives. PUBLIC SAFETY COMES FIRST!
Public Safety Commissioner Christian Mathiesen better do his job to protect the city's residents who pay his salary.

ps...be sure to add sidewalks on Grand Ave, between Birch and West, this is another death walk zone.
