At last night's meeting of the Chapel-Ellsworth Block Group, Lt. Hassett reported that he had addressed this issue. It came to his attention through SeeClickFix, and he ticketed the van. The owner approached him and asked about the ticket. Lt. Hassett explained that it was illegal to park on the sidewalk. The van has not been parked there since. Thanks Lt. Hassett!
