Description

House at 108 Cavallini was abandoned with two dogs left behind for 5 weeks. The Sarasota County Animal enforcement was notified and responded on November 19 and the dogs were finally removed on the 22nd. During the 5 weeks they were locked inside the home, it was destroyed. The dogs urinated and defecated and the house is still filled with garbage and dog waste. The dogs also broke the windows all around the house. There is no airconditioning and the windows are open and the smell coming from the house is gagging. The home owner/landlord has numerous violiations of property neglect in Sarasota. He is the worst type of landlord and fear the home will be rented again when it should probably be condemned. Please help.
