I was going to report this as well. Both car and bikes obstruct the walkway. Wish the bikes were locked parallel to the road.

City Hall – DR assigned this issue to Traffic - KC (Permits)

The situation is getting worse and worse: the space for pedestrians to walk is getting narrower and narrower.
Please do something !

Tu be very straightforward: please contact the owner of this vehicle at 82 Kirkland St and ask them to park their car on the street.

2 months later, the car is still there and it is very annoying !
Can you please talk to the owner and ask them to either move their car all the way to the fence (there is at least 3 ft to go) or park on the street ?
Sidewalks are made for pedestrians, not for cars !!!
