We've complained about this bridge before and I'm not sure if it's the city or the state that paints the graffiti off, but whoever does should use the same color paint as the bridge or the vandals see the white over paint squares and keep re-tagging it. If its one color it sends a message to them that whoever re paints it does care how it looks. They need to cover the graffiti up quick or it will get out of control fast and creep into the Ninth Square again!
