15 Valley Place North, New Haven, CT 06515...the center of the parking area needs to be plowed. Whenever it snows, this area is forgotten. It turns to snow and it is difficult to drive and walk into this area where cars are parked. This is a dead-end street, one way in and one way out.

Should have clarified. Plow went to issue reported on Victory & Valley Street. Good neighbor took care of Valley Place North. Thanks.
