A city worker clearing the blue bike area scooped snow away from the bikes and into a huge pile against our fence. This happened last year as well after the snow on the sidewalk had already been cleared of snow. I was ticketed for this more than once last year. I now have video of it. This is happening again this year.

A home owner should not be responsible for actions of the city. The sidewalk was completely cleared and dry. Currently the sidewalk is clear and passable on the blue bike side of the sidewalk, and on my side of the sidewalk where they didn't create a gigantic mound of snow to clear that area. But against my fence and the part of the sidewalk that I maintain there's a huge pile of snow. That had already been cleared many hours before. I have no way to further clear it.

If this is going to continue to happen every time it snows the city should take responsibility for the entire section of sidewalk near the blue bikes and little plaza and I'll just stop paying to have it cleared.
