We are still so cold at night. I wish the inspectors would come at night when the heat is off. It does no good to report a "no heat" issue and then have the inspector come during the day when the heat is on. If they came at night, they would see how we all freeze.

We are having this same issue again this year. NO HEAT, especially at night. Happens every year and nothing is resolved.
