Crosswalk activators on both North and South not working mornings, evenings, and nights Sometimes they are working in the afternoon so I suspect there is water inside that is freezing It's been this way for more than a week

I wonder if this would have gotten faster attention if it had been put under category "signal repair" rather than "crosswalks". I don't know how things work on the back-end.
