Description

This vehicle (silver Volvo 240) has been parked on the street in the same location (210 Stonewall Road) for eight days. The vehicle is filled with haphazard materials, open boxes, etc.. The vehicle is missing a significant part of the front and is held together with bungee cords. The registration is expired (September 2018). We have more photos available.
