About two weeks ago a sofa was deposited at the intersection of Toulumne and Phoenix Circle. and it just sits there. Lived her 40 years and I see that our beautiful city is being destroyed by irresponsible people that don't care. Our city must address this and people that do not stop at stop signs. I've complained over and over and the garbage situation is just getting worse.
